NXS-A GEAR planetary gearboxes have the output at a right angle to the input.

CONSTRUCTION CHARACTERISTICS

  • Broached crown wheel in corrosion-proof hardened steel
  • Grinded output shaft in hardened steel, available with or without key
  • Case-carburized gears with thermal treated special finish, mounted on a full complement bearing
  • Input flange in Aluminium
  • Low inertia coupling for input shaft with supporting bearing
  • Hard radial output ball bearings in the standard version

 

LUBRICANTS

For certain applications the use of alternative lubricants is possible, upon request:

  • Lubricants suitable for extreme temperatures (-50°C)
  • NSF (National Sanitation Foundation) grade H1 certified lubricants
  
FLANGE RANGE

A wide range of input flanges are available making it possible to couple the gearbox to all motors from UNEL MEC to NEMA to JIS flanges. Hybrid or customized couplings are also available upon request.

  • Single-stage ratios up to 10:1 and two-stage ratios up to 100:1

  • Quick and simple coupling to electric motors
