Continuous availability of resources is not guaranteed, and you agree that the configurator may suspend or stop supplying resources at any time, for any reason, and without liability to you or any third party.
All intellectual property rights relating to the resources provided by the configurator, including the 3D/2D CAD and PDF datasheets, belong to the copyright holder or the legitimate rights holder. The user agrees to use these resources only for lawful purposes and not for commercial purposes or to violate the rights of third parties.

In the event that any provision of this disclaimer is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
