Size 50 mm to 20 Nm
Size 70 mm to 35 Nm
Size 90 mm to 90 Nm
Size 120 mm to 210 Nm

NXT GEAR planetary gearboxes have a high torsional rigidity and good price/performance ratio. Five sizes are available in single or multi-stages thus offering a wide range of reduction ratios.

NXT-A GEAR planetary gearboxes have the output at a right angle to the input.

 

CONSTRUCTION CHARACTERISTICS

 
  • Broached crown wheel in hardened and anti-oxidation treated steel
  • Ground output shaft in hardened steel, available with or without key
  • Case hardened steel gears that undergo subsequent surface finishing
  • Aluminium input flange
  • Low inertia input shaft coupling with support bearing
  • Large sealed rigid radial output ball bearings
 
 
LUBRICANTS

For certain applications the use of alternative lubricants is possible, upon request:

  • Lubricants suitable for extreme temperatures (-50°C)
  • NSF (National Sanitation Foundation) grade H1 certified lubricants
 
 
FLANGE RANGE

A wide range of input flanges are available making it possible to couple the gearbox to all motors from UNEL MEC to NEMA to JIS flanges. Hybrid or customized couplings are also available upon request.

  • Controlled and repeatable angular backlash: < 5 arc minutes in the precise version
  • Single-stage ratios up to 10:1 and two-stage ratios up to 100:1
  • High torsional rigidity
  • Maximum noise level 70dB(A) @ 3000rpm
  • Output torques from 16.5 to 210 Nm
  • Quick and simple coupling to electric motors
  • Possibility of mounting in any position
  • Protection grade IP65
  • Ambient operating temperature from –20°C to +40 °C
  • Lubrication carried out in the factory, maintenance-free
